Ordering on Line
Ordering ‘on line’ at any time, using our secure payment facilities, couldn't be easier; simply choose your preferred product, follow the ‘on screen’ instructions (including applying for VAT exemption) and we will despatch all orders within 1 and 10 working days, depending on availability and individual pocketing requirements for bras.
Ordering by Telephone
Should you have any difficulty in placing an order ‘on line’, please feel free to call us on 01295 220524 with your credit or debit card information, together with your order details. Our customer service office hours are Monday to Thursday (9.00 hrs - 17.00 hrs) and Friday (9.00 hrs - 16.00 hrs).
Returns Policy - UK Orders
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us FREE OF CHARGE within 10 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Full freepost return details will be despatched with all UK orders. Postage is not refundable on items simply returned for credit.
Returns Policy - European Orders
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return products in good order at your own cost and risk within 14 days. If replacement products are requested an additional delivery charge will be applied. Please note that we do not supply to customers outside Europe
All prices quoted reflect current rates of Value Added Tax, and assume that all visitors to our web site are eligible to claim the VAT exemption. However to confirm your status and claim exemption we do require that you leave the checkbox ticked on the ADDRESS page when ordering your goods. If not we reserve the right to add VAT where appropriate.
